Cityscape Qatar 2026 takes place from 27 to 29 October 2026 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, marking twenty-five years of the real estate exhibition in the country. It is organised by Informa Markets and is expected to bring together more than seventy developers alongside investors, brokers, financiers, architects and government housing and planning bodies.
The show is the Qatari edition of the Cityscape series, which also runs in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Egypt, and it has served for a quarter of a century as the main launch platform for residential and commercial developments in Doha, Lusail, The Pearl and the country's other master-planned districts. Developers use the three days to present new projects, release inventory and sign sales, while banks and mortgage providers, property managers and proptech companies exhibit alongside them.
Cityscape Qatar is relevant to executives because the Qatari property market is going through a period of adjustment and opening after the construction boom that preceded the 2022 World Cup. Themes include residential demand and pricing, hospitality and tourism-led development, sustainability standards, and the financing of real estate through Qatari banks and capital markets.
