Saudi Build 2026, the thirty-sixth edition of the Kingdom's longest-running construction exhibition, takes place from 2 to 5 November 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. It is organised by Riyadh Exhibitions Company and is held alongside Saudi Elenex, the electrical engineering and energy show, with a Future of Building conference running within the programme.
The exhibition brings together manufacturers and suppliers of building materials, construction machinery and equipment, interior finishes, facades and glazing, HVAC, water and plumbing systems, and electrical and lighting products, together with the contractors, developers, consultants and government bodies that specify and buy them. Its exhibitor base combines Saudi manufacturers with international companies from Europe, Asia and the wider Middle East seeking a foothold in the Kingdom.
Saudi Build is relevant to executives because the Saudi construction market is the largest in the region and among the most active in the world. The giga-projects, the housing programme, the transport and utilities infrastructure pipeline, and the commercial and hospitality developments in Riyadh, Jeddah and the new destinations on the Red Sea and in the north have created sustained demand for materials, equipment and skilled contractors, while localisation policy is pushing international suppliers towards local manufacturing and partnerships.
The Future of Building conference addresses the operating questions facing the industry: cost and supply chain pressures, sustainable and low-carbon materials, modular and offsite construction, digital project delivery and the labour and skills capacity needed to meet the project pipeline. Speakers are drawn from developers, contractors, government agencies and consultancies working on the Kingdom's largest projects.
