Lucy O’Keeffe

Lucy O'Keeffe transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer at CroíValve in July 2026, where she supports the company's mission of innovating a better way to treat tricuspid regurgitation. O'Keeffe brings 19 years of experience to her current role and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from University College Dublin, a PhD in biomedical engineering from the University of Limerick, and a diploma in applied project management from University College Cork.

Before founding CroíValve, O'Keeffe previously worked as a cross-functional lead at Medtronic, managing R&D programs from concept to launch, including an early transcatheter aortic program.
