Andrea van der Berg is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xylem Inc., the New York-listed water technology company, effective 1 September 2026. Promoted from within, she had served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Xylem’s Water Infrastructure segment, and brings more than 20 years of finance and business leadership experience, including 13 years at Honeywell.
