Dr. Raed Nasser Alrayes

Dr. Raed Nasser Alrayes was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Saudi Electricity Company, following his tenure as Chief Executive Officer at Dussur (Saudi Industrial Investments Company), a strategic joint venture of the Public Investment Fund, Saudi Aramco, and SABIC.

Alrayes holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford in the UK, complemented by an undergraduate degree from Al Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. He also earned a graduate degree from Liverpool John Moores University. His academic background in business administration and management positions him for strategic leadership roles across financial and energy sectors.
