She is a postgraduate of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, a professional grounding that positions her to lead a business that must balance actuarial prudence with commercial growth.
LIC International B.S.C. was established in 1989 as a joint venture rooted in the Life Insurance Corporation of India, and it underwrites life and savings products across Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Its customer base is heavily weighted toward the Gulf's large South Asian expatriate community, for whom long-term savings and protection products remain a central financial need. Leadership continuity and trust are commercially significant in that segment, where policies often run for decades.
