Peter Färber

Peter Färber became CEO of Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) in early 2018. He stepped down due to personal reasons as he planned to retire from full-time employment. Färber began his retirement after 48 years in the professional world. As an authentic leader with a focus on customers, innovation and organizational excellence, he was instrumental in identifying opportunities for the development and launch of several new product lines, enabling CGS to expand into new market segments using existing core competencies.

Under Färber's leadership, CGS, with almost 50 years of innovation, became a leader in refrigeration and cold chain solutions vital to Saudi Arabia's progress. During his tenure as CEO, he navigated change, strengthened the company's foundations, and kept moving forward with resilience and ambition culminating in CGS's successful listing on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange.
