BridgeWise, a US-based AI-powered investment intelligence platform, has officially entered the Middle East after securing an operational license from the DIFC and a strategic investment from Emirates NBD.
Founded in 2019, BridgeWise uses generative AI and machine learning to offer regulatory-compliant investment insights across 90% of global listed equities and ETFs.
As part of its Middle Eastern expansion, BridgeWise has appointed Ayush Khatri as the Regional Head for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT). Khatri, based in Dubai, brings a wealth of experience in financial services and strategy and will lead regional operations, partnerships, and growth initiatives. He was previoulsy MD at Seedaf Capital in Dubai, a boutique advisory firm that supports early-stage companies with fundraising, strategic planning, product development, go-to-market and expansion strategies.
“With our DIFC licence and the backing of Emirates NBD, we’re committed to providing smarter, more transparent investment insights across the region, powered by explainable AI.”
Neeraj Makin, Group Head of Strategy, Analytics and Venture Capital at Emirates NBD, added: “Our investment reflects our commitment to leveraging AI for sharper insights and faster research to enable better decision-making.”
The DIFC license allows BridgeWise to serve banks, wealth managers, institutional investors, and trading platforms in the region.
