Cody Pearce

Cody Pearce was appointed President of YES Communities on July 13, 2026, returning to the manufactured housing operator where he previously served as Executive Vice President of Business Operations. In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day operations while working alongside CEO Steven Schaub. A highly respected leader in the manufactured housing industry, Pearce brings decades of executive experience spanning community operations, finance, and lending.

In 1999, Pearce co-founded Cascade Financial Services, LLC, and as President, led its growth into a nationally recognized MH lender earning the Manufactured Housing Institute's Regional Lender of the Year Award six times. After 25 years with Cascade, he joined YES Communities in 2024 as Executive Vice President of Business Operations. Most recently he served as Co-CEO of Triad Financial Services. He is the incoming Vice-Chairman of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI).
