Alex Alcott

Alex Alcott is the Regional Managing Partner for Europe at Caldwell Partners International, a position announced in July 2026. With over 20 years of executive search experience, he works across private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds, insurance companies, and asset and wealth management firms.

Alcott specializes in senior-level assignments across private markets, completing senior hires within Limited Partners and General Partners in fundraising and business development roles, as well as investment professionals in direct and fund of fund businesses across Europe and North America.
