Egbert Schram

Egbert Schram is the chief executive officer of the Culture Factor Group, a global culture analytics and consulting business headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. He has led the firm for more than a decade, building it into one of the most established names in organizational culture measurement, and is the author of a book on organizational culture and belonging.

Schram trained as a forester at Wageningen University in the Netherlands and specialized in environmental psychology before moving into culture consulting.
