Shivam Puri

Shivam Puri is the chief executive officer of Cipla's One India Business, appointed with effect from 1 July 2026. He takes on the unified India mandate while serving as managing director and chief executive officer of Cipla Health, the group's consumer healthcare arm, and brings more than 23 years of leadership experience across the fast moving consumer goods and healthcare sectors.

Puri has led Cipla Health as managing director and chief executive officer since 2019. Under his leadership the business expanded its consumer portfolio and strengthened its presence across major categories including smoking cessation, pain care, cough and cold, skin care, hair care and nutrition. Before joining Cipla Health he held business growth, brand development and commercial strategy roles at Hindustan Unilever, Jubilant FoodWorks and ITC.
