Kenneth J. Enos

Kenneth J. Enos is a Partner in the Business Reorganization and Restructuring Section of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, based in Wilmington, Delaware. Ken joined Young Conaway in 2004 and has spent over two decades focusing on complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Enos was selected as Secretary of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) in June 2024, and was appointed to AIRA's Board of Directors in 2022. He has more than 20 years of experience counselling clients in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, and has represented a wide range of entities — from retailers to restaurants, from manufacturers to mining companies — helping them work through the complex issues that frequently arise in bankruptcy cases.

Enos holds a J.D. from Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law, an M.B.A. summa cum laude from Penn State University, and a B.S. cum laude from Grove City College. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New York and the District of Columbia.
