Daniel Tseung

Daniel Kar Keung Tseung is the Chairman and Founder of LionRock Capital, which he established in 2011. He brings over 25 years of experience in the private equity industry. The firm operates from offices in Hong Kong and Zurich, with a strategic focus on the global consumer lifestyle sector.

Tseung has led notable investments including Haglöfs, Clarks, Inter Milan Football Club, Lufax, DiDi Chuxing, and Jinxin Fertility. He currently serves as Chairman at Haglöfs AB and previously held the position of Vice Chairman and Board Director for Clarks from 2021 to 2024, and as Board Director for FC Internazionale from 2019 to 2024. Tseung also served on the Board of Directors of RCN Corporation (NASDAQ: RCNI) from 2004 until its acquisition for US$1.2 billion in August 2010, serving as Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Additionally, he served as an independent Board Director of Owens Corning (NYSE: OC), a Fortune 500 company, from 2006 until 2010 and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the company.
