The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) has invested AED 16 billion in the development of 80 projects, with 71 of these completed in 2023, significantly enhancing the quality of life across the emirate. These projects include the construction of over 9,000 housing units for citizens and 27 projects aimed at improving community amenities such as parks, schools, and community centers. Additionally, three major infrastructure projects have been completed: the Zayed Port Tunnel, the road network and junction at Zayed International Airport, and the Umm Yifeenah Bridge. ADPIC has also completed 18 road and transportation projects to improve traffic flow, developed 23 parks and playgrounds in Khalifa City, and established the Khalifa City Al Tawajud Al Baladi Centre.

His Excellency Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi (DMT), highlighted the impact of these projects, stating, "In the heart of every infrastructure project lies a promise – a promise to enhance lives, empower communities, and pave the way for a brighter future. With each project, we ensure that Abu Dhabi continues to be an emirate that thrives on innovation, connectivity, and inclusivity, enriching the lives of all who call it home." Eng Maysarah Mahmoud Eid, Acting Director-General of ADPIC, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the centre's commitment to excellence and sustainable development, aiming to create a lasting positive impact for future generations through pioneering strategies and initiatives.
