Ali brings over 20 years of banking experience spanning both local and regional roles in corporate relationship management and credit risk management. Prior to his appointment, Ali served as the Chief Credit Officer for over 5.5 years having initially joined NBB as Assistant General Manager - Corporate Coverage in 2017. Prior to this Alis spent 13.5 years Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) where he was latterly a Credit and Risk officer. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Finance from Concordia University and a Master of Science in Finance from DePaul University.
