He will lead the Group-wide CX transformation and responsible for process automation / digitization, people & culture and metrics and governance. Dimitri joins from HSBC in the UK where he spent nearly 20 years, most recently as MD - Global Head of Personal Banking and Digital for coming up to 2 years. Before this he was MD - Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Group Retail Banking having held the same role covering Wealth & Personal Banking for MENAT in Dubai for over 4.5 years. Prior to this he was at Barclays in the UK. He holds a MSc, Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the UK and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
