Jim Parker

Jim Parker was named Chief Operating Officer of Lennar Corporation effective immediately on June 5, 2026, succeeding Fred Rothman. Prior to this promotion, Parker served as Area President, leading Lennar's East operations. He brings 30 years of homebuilding industry experience.

Jim earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. His career began at John Wieland Homes in Atlanta in 1994, where he worked until 1999. He then joined Beazer Homes as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, earning promotion to Division President for Georgia, where he remained until mid-2003.

Starting in June 2003, Parker founded and operated Parker Chandler Homes with operations across Atlanta, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach, successfully selling the company in 2006. After this exit, he worked as a consultant before returning to John Wieland Homes as Senior Vice President until February 2011. Parker joined Lennar as Regional President through its 2018 merger with CalAtlantic Homes, where he had served as Region President following the merger of Ryland Homes and Standard Pacific.
